If you need to return a product for any reason, we are here to help. You can return an undamaged product complete with box and invoice within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please note: for bundle or pack purchases, you will need to return all products purchased in the bundle.

Once you have received confirmation of authorization to return the product, you can proceed with the shipment of the product you wish to return. The shipping costs are to be taken care of by the purchaser.

The refund will be made immediately after a positive evaluation of the returned product, using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
