Our Returns Policy provides for the return of any purchase completed through our direct sales channels (online shop freedompro.eu), within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product.
How to initiate a return request
To initiate a return request, follow these steps:
Go to freedompro.eu/en and log in to your account by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner;
Enter the 6-digit Code you received by e-mail;
Enter the “Orders” section;
Click on “Request Return.”
Enter the reason for the return and submit the request.
After initiating the return request
Please note: To complete the return process, please make sure the product is undamaged and includes any accessories.
First, we kindly ask you to send us proof of purchase (e.g., invoice), either by attaching it to this ticket or by placing it right into the package.
Once the product arrives at our headquarters, it will be examined and tested. If it meets our criteria, you will be refunded within 7 days through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
If the product does not meet our evaluation standards, you will have 30 days to contact the courier and plan to pick up the package.

At this point, you can download and fill out the return form. Once completed, you can place it into the package with the product to be returned.
