How to return a product

Do you need to return a product? I’m so sorry that our items are not what were you looking for, but no problem… we are here to help you!

 You can return the product intact complete with box and invoice within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

If you purchased from one of our partner retailers, please check their return policy for more information.

You will need to return the devices completely undamaged and in the original packaging and complete with any documentation included in the package. 

In order to return the product you need to contact customer service by filling out the return request form.

Freedompro reserves the right to accept the return in the event that the product is defective or does not conform to specifications.

Return procedure

  1. Reach the Returns & Warranty page dedicated to the return procedure.

  2. Fill in the form indicating:

    1. your contact email

    2. select 'Return' value for the 'Warranty type' field

    3. the purchase channel

    4. the order number

    5. the serial number of the device for which the return is requested

    6. a phone number for possible quick contact (optional)

    7. a summary and detailed description related to the return request.

  3. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return request.

  4. Wait for the email with the result of the evaluation of the return request. If the request is accepted, print the email and attach it to the package.

After a positive evaluation of the product, we will immediately issue a refund, which you will be notified of.

Depending on the rules of the payment method used, the timeframe will vary.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.

Shipping costs are not refundable, so you will receive the cost of the product.

The choice of courier and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The package must be properly packed to avoid damage during transport.

The package should contain:

  • A printout of the email confirming acceptance of the package

  • The product in its original packaging

    • Outer packaging

    • Intact product

    • Additional label

    • Quick guide

    • The email accepting the return

    • Proof of purchase (printout of the order).
