If you are experiencing problems with your Freedompro Module you can request a replacement, please contact our support team who will be able to help you solve the problem and if necessary guide you through the product replacement procedure.

You will need to return the devices in the original packaging. Once received, we will test the product and check its integrity and any defects or problems not caused by the user.
Please make sure to include all necessary documents in your package to speed up the replacement process.

Fill in the form indicating:
your contact email
select 'Warranty Assistance' value for the 'Warranty type' field
the purchase channel
the order number
the serial number of the device for which the warranty is requested
a phone number for possible quick contact (optional)
a summary and detailed description related to the warranty request.
Once you have filled in the form you will receive an email confirming that the warranty request is correct and the details about the following steps.
What is the serial number? It is the unique identification code of the product, it consists of 8 characters and can be found with the wording SN - XXXXXXXXXX.
It can be found on the product box, on the product and on the label inside the product packaging.
We recommend to make a full backup before sending the product. The repair may cause data loss. Freedompro S.r.l. declines any responsibility in case of loss of data.
The choice of courier and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The package must be properly packed to avoid damage during transport.
